The Shocking Truth about California Wines..More on sodium flouride

Beware of certain wines produced south of Sacramento, California. Cryolite, an insecticide used
to spray insects unique to the grape crop in some of these areas, kicks up the level of sodium fluoride in their wine. A great deal of both animal and human research points to fluorides potential to damage the bones of the elderly, and interfere with the functioning of our brain, thyroid gland, pineal gland, kidney and reproductive organs. Looking for the healthiest wine? Pinot Noir weighs in with the highest content of resveratrol. Why? Because it's made with the muscadine grape, the principle
source of this much touted nutrient. Those produced in the Finger Lakes region of New York (and believe it or not, Texas), clobber those from other parts of the country with the highest resveratrol content in their Pinot Noir, hands down.
